Bounce Into Fun!

Standard rentals are for five hours. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth experience. If our schedule allows, we’re happy to offer early morning drop-off at no additional cost. All rentals are picked up prior to dark.

We do not offer ongoing discounts. However, we do offer a $50 bundle savings when you rent both a bounce house and a ball pit for the same event.

At JB Jumps, we follow inclement weather guidelines recommended by industry professionals and our insurance carrier. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel at our discretion. We strongly recommend having a backup indoor location.

A flat, level surface is required. We can set up on turf, grass, concrete, or asphalt. All inflatables are securely anchored with sandbags or stakes for optimal safety. We are unable to set up on dirt or rocky surfaces. Please ensure the setup area is clean and free of debris, including sticks, rocks, sprinklers, and pet waste. Grass should not be cut within three days of delivery.

We understand plans can change. With at least 14 days’ notice, your security deposit may be applied toward a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
