Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. This retainer is applied toward your total balance.

If an event is cancelled, the retainer is non-refundable. However, with at least 14 days’ notice, the retainer may be applied toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
